Watch: Extra-time goals from Saul, Koke give Atleti Super Cup win
Atletico Madrid weren’t messing around in extra time.
A 98th-minute stunner from Saul, followed six minutes later by Koke’s calm finish, saw Los Rojiblancos take a 4-2 lead over Real Madrid in Wednesday’s UEFA Super Cup.
The two sides couldn’t be separated during the 90 minutes, but Diego Simeone’s men eventually took control of the contest thanks to their Spanish midfielders.
Saul, who’s made a habit of scoring gorgeous goals in European competitions, gave his side a 3-2 advantage with this rocket:
