Pogba seeks a highest salary from Man United
After much speculation about his future at the start of this season, Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba is ready to renew his contract with the “Red Devils” and the club is ready to meet the demand for a salary higher.
During the summer transfer were rumors for a possible transfer of Frenchman to Barcelona after his relationship with coach Jose Mourinho was not good at all.
However, now that Mourinho is dismissed from Manchester United’s position and has been named Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Pogba is ready to renew his contract with the English club.
According to the English daily, The Sun, Pogba wants to sit down with Manchester United leaders and reach agreement on a new high-wage contract, despite his current contract which he has two and a half years remaining.
The 25-year-old has been in an impressive form since Solskjaer was named in the position of coach of the “Red Devils”, marking five goals that helped Manchester United win seven consecutive games.
Former Juventus star is currently the second-highest payer at Old Trafford after Alexic Sanchez, who is believed to earn 568,000 euros a week. Pogba’s salary is believed to be 330 thousand euros a week.
