Official: Piatek in Milan

Polish striker Krzysztof Piatek has signed a contract with Milan until 2023 for a sum of around 35 million euros.

He has arrived in Milan from Genoa, where he has signed the contract with the Rossoneri, after “San Siro” left Gonzalo Higuain, who is expected to become a Chelsea player.

Piatek will carry the number 19, which means that number 9 will likely be taken by striker Patrick Cutrone.

The striker will be presented tomorrow as a Milan player from 13:00.

The 23-year-old has scored 19 goals in 21 appearances in all competitions with the Genoa jersey.
