According to the Metro newspaper, Arsenal has bid to loan Gelson Martins from Atletico Madrid

Arsenal have said that they will not buy players but will only borrow, as Barcelona’s Denis Suarez negotiations have stagnated, as the Catalan giant wants to sell Suarez.

Martinsa, who has made 12 appearances in all races so far this season, is seen as a viable option and a better striker than the Spaniard while Atletico is ready to let him leave in January.
